From the second you walk in, you are greeted and taken care of immediately. Our wait time was less than 10 minutes. Our nurse was so friendly and kind. We saw the Dr moments after the nurse was done with questions and vitals. The Dr was great; very calm, kind and made sure we didn't have any questions. We got our meds there at a low cost and the facility was very clean. Overall, in and out in less than 45 minutes with meds administered. We love OSF!
The facility is very clean. I was greeted at the door and every team member was very friendly. Everything was explained in detail and all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend OSF!
OSF Morris is the only place I take my family and myself to for proper care. They are very Helpful with explaining things and they truly listen to your concerns of why you’re needed to be seen. Also, they get you in and out extremely fast, which is a huge plus especially when you have Little ones that get antsy after so long. Highly recommend this place for your medical needs. Shout out to Dr. Valentine and his staff.
