I had a stroke and OSF Holy Family Center saved me I was taken great care of and was life flighted right away to Peoria thanks OSF!! I'm a stroke survivor!!
Most of the people are nice, however if you don't call right at 7 am you will never get in. My husband has called then and by the time someone picked up from being on hold the appointments would be full. This has happened several times. They expect you to see whoever's available when you'd rather see your normal provider, but to see them you have to book about a week out...The new policy just doesn't work. I don't think sickness will make sure it shows up right before 7am so that you can accommodate the clinics schedule.
