ED failed to keep track of my personal belongings now I'm missing my cell phone, identification, and debit/credit cards, shoes, jacket. Claimed to have sent it with to carle but theres no record or proof of this. went back yesterday to discover my keys were still at presence but my other items are gone. VERY NEGLIGENT! I will be getting the police involved if these items are not found or replaced
The staff was great when I delivered my son and when my daughter had surgery. The reason I gave 1 star is because their billing department is a nightmare trying to screw you out of money and a lot of their ER staff is unprofessional. They make fun of patients and treat them like dirt. With billing, I got a bill in the mail months after my daughter's surgery and when I tried to pay it, I was told I didn't owe anything, that my insurance covered it all. Horrible service in ER. 5 hours and have seen doctor once and a nurse twice. Still here going past 5 hours.
We welcomed our 4th baby into the world last week. Our labor & delivery nurses and staff were great. It was a very quick labor and they were great under the pressure. Afterwards, they were equally amazing making sure we were well cared for. We are so happy we decided to go with Presence for this birth.
Had outpatient surgery yesterday. Everyone in the ACU was absolutely wonderful! Very thoughtful and caring, and all went out of their way to make sure my family and I were comfortable the whole time we were there.
