Too many to share. Quality care physically and mentally. Caring staff, the nurses are all wonder women. I can’t begin to describe the help and support.
The care here was by far the worst care that I have ever seen at a hospital. The neurologist that took care of my mother had conflicting diagnoses and attempted to treat her for seizures, which she did not have. She was sent home from the hospital without being evaluated by PT on the day of her discharge. She had obvious left side weakness and was a two person assist and she had not been the day before. We were told that she needed PT amd they would set that up...but did not. We were told that they would fill her meds prior ... read more

My husband just came home today from a 5 day stay for new heart issues. Every single employee was professional, compassionate, and kind. We are so grateful for his excellent care. 6th floor rocks! I wish I could list every physician, nurse, tech, etc, but please just know we are blessed to have met each of you, and thank you for your service to patients.
We had an excellent experience at OSF L&D! The doctors and nurses were very attentive to everything my baby and I needed, as well as my husband. I would gladly go back again for future babies!
We were greeted automatically at the door which was very welcoming and reassuring. Lacey was our care guide and Teresa was the NP we saw for our visit. Everything was very thorough and they made the whole process so easy for us. Very clean environment. I almost didn't feel like I was even at a medical facility, the modern feel was so awesome!! Highly recommend using OSF urgo for your medical needs!
Always nice and take care of my daughter every time we go there.
