Loved my experience here while delivering my second daughter into the world. Everyone was so loving and personable. Absolutely loved every nurse and doctor I had. I definitely will recommend OSF Heart of Mary Medical Center to every spin to be mom I know. Thank you for such a great experience. My Husband has had wonderful care in the ER, and in the hospital. The doctors, nurses, everyone we were in contact with are wonderful

total con artists who have the nerve to ask for personal phone numbers in inbox to contact eachother. filed complaints, told the worker that my complaint will end up unresolved, spoke with the director of radiology about my problem with the negligent orthopedics department because as predicted, my issue will never get resolved. this hospital is tearing my credit to shreds and making no results in my issue while i pay out of pocket for physical therapy off campus to extend my ability to work. this organization will make sure ... read more

Every staff member I came across today was amazing and did everything they could to make me comfortable (I was going through a miscarriage) there was a lady in the ultrasound room that did my 2nd ultrasound of the day (she was training a nursing student) she was TOP NOTCH. She did everything she could to make me feel comfortable, and even made me laugh while going through the worse day of my life. She also took a hot rag and wiped me off herself. The doctors and nurses are great The are very caring. My husband had open heart surgery on a Wednesday and went home on Saturday. All the nurses made sure he was comfortable at all times. I was in ER three or four times this year and had excellent care
