We delivered our second baby here after IOL. Our first delivery was at Carle, which we were relatively satisfied. This experience was amazing. The induction was very rough but my nurse Casey was incredible! She was with me all day and throughout delivery. I don't think I could say enough positive things about her. My other nurses (Hannah and Kelli) were equally as wonderful. I was nervous about delivering at Presence because of the "bad" things you hear but I would go back there in a heartbeat. Professional people there were wonderful doctors nurses, even though they miss diagnosed. There was no coordination at check out whatsoever with the staff .Janitorial staff was OK however the support staff was the worst. The gentleman who pushes the wheelchair at checkout acted like it was just a total inconvenience for him. He left us at the pharmacy and I had to push my friend out with an oxygen bottle flowers and a bag this guy was nowhere to be found he just took off. So whoever reads this I am the one last Thursday left... read more
