I gave birth to my sweet daughter at Presence this past weekend. It was a long, crazy induction process, but the care I received was exemplary! I would especially like to recognize Bethany, Kelli, Gabe and Hannah! They put my needs and my family's needs above everything else and were so supportive, kind and knowledgable about every part of the process. So I'm at presence er right now, with my mother and she is in this nasty room. Crackers all over the floor, yet we haven't had food its clutter. No one has walked in since i have been here to help her. Yet i hear and see chattering nurses at the desk. your a hospital for gods sake. then have the nerve to have a cleaning bottle on the counter out in the open for anyone to get to. Unacceptable
My wife has delivered 3 babies here and the care you receive is excellent. They have clean rooms great food and friendly staff , couldn't ask for a better experience for my wife .
Some of the staff in the ER are some of the rudest people I have ever met. I will never go back!!!!!!
I delivered my son in June of 2015 and I can't stop telling people how wonderful the L&D staff were! And my son later had an out patient procedure and they were equally wonderful. I would strongly encourage people to go to Covenant if they have the choice!
Every single labor and delivery nurse I dealt with was AMAZING.
Best caring hospital in the area. Always #1 in our thinking.
