Took my 86 year old mother in law for surgery. It was a debacle from the moment we walked in. We will never go back. We are waiting for the survey in the mail. They're not going to get a good review from us!
Never had a problem with the hospital as an in-patient or when having tests done, but the ER is a joke! They missed what was wrong with me and told me to "pull up my bootstraps" and get over it. Ended up going to Chicago, only to find out that I could have DIED. My dad was sent out of ER with no medical attention, and he couldn't breathe. He went to Carle. His problem was also very serious. My husband had emergency bypass surgery. He had great doctors and nurses, cardiac rehab they were all great. Thank you for everything! Very positive experience.
The nurses and doctor were really patient with me and understanding, this is the only hospital that I will go to.
A very lame visit. We waited without seeing anyone for almost two hours. We never actually saw a real doctor. With the result of actually nothing being done for my father except xray. I will have to think twice before taking my father there again.
