This is a horriblist hospital I ever came face too with a client, needing urgent Care. They don't care about the patient all they do is send home people with pain medications, when the patient has gangrene going on!! Not even too bother too look at it as well! I found another hospital it's not streator that's for sure ,! Nor Ottawa !! I'm happy we're I took her !would never take her back here again ! Very unprofessional hospital !
There should be an option for zero stars. Jason the one who answered for rhe er dept. Was very rude. And hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Dont take your frustrations out on patients. We are already having a hard enough time. I will be putting a formal complaint in as well. Alot good it will do looking at all the negative comments. Dr. Lieberman was a very good Dr. Who i saw there few days ago. I have zero bad to say about him or the other Dr i have seen there in the past. This place is an absolute joke. The technician was extremely rude—a complete know-it-all—and very judgmental. I was annoyed and offended, and I walked out before the doctor even had a chance to see her. Every time I’ve brought my other daughter here, I regretted it instantly. I will gladly continue making the hour-and-a-half drive elsewhere when needed, because this place is truly awful. They should be ashamed of themselves.
