There should be an option for zero stars. Jason the one who answered for rhe er dept. Was very rude. And hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Dont take your frustrations out on patients. We are already having a hard enough time. I will be putting a formal complaint in as well. Alot good it will do looking at all the negative comments. This place is an absolute joke. The technician was extremely rude—a complete know-it-all—and very judgmental. I was annoyed and offended, and I walked out before the doctor even had a chance to see her. Every time I’ve brought my other daughter here, I regretted it instantly. I will gladly continue making the hour-and-a-half drive elsewhere when needed, because this place is truly awful. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Worst experience I ever had..the nurses were NASTY pretty much don't care.had to ask to get needle removal from me
