I'm here at your outpatient surgical area. The staff here is so millenial. Had someone ask me if I was the patient when the chart is in front of them. instead of reading the chart to see that it's a 81 yo female having surgery. She looked like either she's exhausted or high on something. Not a good look for a hospital when the staff doesn't do their due diligence. My dad was hospitalized twice and I have no complaints whatsoever. The nurses were very professional and kind to us and my dad, and when he was in his last moments, the nurse stayed with him until he passed away. I don't have any complaints with the doctors either.

arrived right before 11 on Thursday to the ER because I had to episodes of syncope and collapse. We got there and Alex was unable to find a wheelchair and let them know that they needed to find one so he can get me out of the car. It took a while to get this wheelchair. I let the man behind the desk who's badge said he was a paramedic know that I have had two strokes and the two episodes. ANTES ERA EL MEJOR HOSPITAL Y AHORA ES DE LOS PEORES, LA ESPERA MAS DE 6 HORAS EN SALA DE EMERGENCIA Y EL TRATO DEL PERSONAL TERRIBLE NO TIENEN LA PACIENCIA PARA ATENDER LAS PERSONAS QUE LLEGAN MAL DE SALUD PARA ATENDERSE. NO VUELVO MAS ATENDERME EN SALA DE EMERGENCIAS. I sat in the waiting room of the emergency room for over 4 hours with chest pain left-sided numbness shortness of breath I felt like I was having a heart attack they gave me an EKG and then sent me back to the waiting room when I asked the staff how much longer it maybe they couldn't give me an answer. I asked the nurse at the front desk to transfer me to another hospital if they were unable to give me emergency care in a timely manner and the RN response was that she is just a nurse she can't do anything.

I was kept for 4 days and never properly admitted. Nurses kept treating me as if I was a diabetic, and almost gave me insulin. I am NOT diabetic. Paperwork was not done and so testing ordered by a doctor was not available to me. There really is nothing good I can say about this facility. Go on the other side of 192 to Advent.
