I recommend not to visit this place. I have been facing issue with my order from few weeks now. Employee changed and they dont have a record of my order. Every time they say, they will get back after talking to manager. It never happened. Wasted my money. Please don’t visit this store. I sent email to customer care, they sent it store. Still waiting for a response from the store management.
Best customer service by Olivia and Ozlem 😊 We were surprised to see their energy while explaining difference of specs quality/color/frame. Etc even though store closing was approaching Amazing time we spent there and got inspired by their proactiveness.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Oscar Wylee. From the check in call a few days before our appointment, to the recognition by the person who called when we entered the store, to the pleasant greeting we received during the intake, to the phenomenal job Dr. Jeff Clarke did ,my 94 year old Mother who has dementia had the best care. Everyone was so pleasant and patient and, despite the fact that the space wasn't wheelchair friendly, we left with a diagnosis which was a huge deal as this was my Mother'... read more
