Called to schedule a physical therapy appointment several times over the past week and the receptionist has repeatly hung up on me and ignored my requests. I have an therapy script from a St.Marys ortho VA doctor, somehow the receptionist can take the time to help me schedule an appointment
Dr.J. Smith is Awesome .. He is very Good at What He Does... I had a Partial Knee Replacement and at 7 weeks I feel great... Fact is after 3 weeks OF PT with them ( Matt was Awesome).. I was walking with no signs of a limp... or after effects of Surgery.. And My Home has a steep set of Stairs which I have been able to handle with no pain.... I am Here to tell You if you need Knee Surgery Dr.J. Smith is the Man.. I have had 6 Ortho related Surgery's and this one went oh so Well.... I feel deeply indebted to Him for the job He... read more
10/10 Would not recommend. I was seen at this Ortho VA location back in oct 2023 for Sciatica. From the very beginning I could tell that this is a medical office that just pumps as many people in and out as fast as possible so they can send you a bill. I was seen for my back which later had a MRI to diagnose the problem. Upon arriving at my second appointment I had to wait about an hour to be seen which was not a problem. Worst billing/customer service department ever. On hold for 3 hours transferred 5 times and still no resolution so I’ll have to call in tomorrow again in the morning when hold times should be under 30 min. Please hire a new billing company they’re bringing your business down because of their inability to assist or submit claims to insurance company that’s on file.
