Fantastic place with. Freemen and Merissa went above and beyond to help address my back pain.
I had a overall positive (minus the fit of my Orthotics) experience until I had to reschedule my follow up. I was out of country and had my assistant call to reschedule the day before my appointment. Now that I have returned I found out the follow up was not booked. When calling to book I was told because it was not exactly 24 hours notice I would have to pay a fee. I loved the warm and friendly atmosphere with a beautiful person who has a lot of knowledge on feet and posture. I was fitted for orthotics since 2003 and I continue to go back to Orthotics East who are well specializing and caring people. I saw Freeman and love is personality. My feet and posture have been amazing with my orthotics.
