We are extremely pleased with our experience. The receptionist was very pleasant. Lainey and M. Winters took great care of my son and explained everything in simple terms. It was great that he was able to be put in a cast quickly and able to get into an orthopedic appointment within a few days.
I went there because I could not get into my regular orthopedist. They were very friendly and I didn't have to wait very long. The nurse, the receptionist were extremely kind. The dr was so informative. He looked at my x-ray and then went back to look at it to double check my diagnoses. I have a stress fracture. Luckily I had a walking boot at home so I didn't have to get another one. I know that they are connected to LOS which is where I ususally go. LOS is an awesome place to go for injuries.
