Woke up with R shoulder pain (10 out of 10). I could not lift my arm to brush my teeth. I arrived at 8:00 am, taken directly to the back. Long story short THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! Everything I needed was under one roof. From the front office to the x-ray tech & the most pleasant Stacey Prather, PA-C fixed me right up! Highly recommend LOS Urgent Care!

Very nice and informative. Also didn’t have to wait very long.
I have never stepped foot over there, but it makes me question the care! I simply called to verify what insurance was accepted and was told that they weren’t accepting new patients! For a walk in clinic???? This was after I explained I had Medicaid. So I have my husband call and ask if he needed an appointment and she was so polite and said, OH WE ARE A WALK IN CLINIC! Never stated they aren’t accepting new patients. It was, you can walk in and have your insurance and ID fill out forms to be seen!!!! This is so ridiculous!!!... read more
