I am so happy with Dr. Norris and his staff. They are compassionate and care about the outcomes for the patient. Being a Registered Nurse, I really pay attention to the interactions, the time and completeness of information and being able to communicate with all questions addressed. The front office staff all function as the back office staff and doctor function. I had never met Dr. Norris prior to my accident. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
