He did surgery on my broken finger. Told me the other hand was broken but didn't need to be set. My finger surgery hardware broke within weeks, requiring a second surgery. The broken hand that he ignored turned into a broken healing job with bone fragments floating in my hand. Both hands are now permanently disfigured and painful.
I was impressed with the timeliness with which I was seen, the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff, and the reassuring professional manner with which Dr. Reveal addressed my problem and concern.
Dr. Reveal was personable, professional, funny & did a great job distracting me as he administered an uncomfortable steroid hand-finger injection; especially since that was our very 1st meeting! And by the 2nd day, my trigger finger was feeling sooooo much better. If I have future issues, he'll definitely be my new hand guy!!
I met with him and it was quick and efficient. He made sure that he addressed all my questions. He came back and apologized when the casting tech could get to me right away, but was able to find someone else to help.
Dr. Reveal replaced my right shoulder in March 2016. I had been told by a previous shoulder specialist/surgeon that there was little hope that my shoulder could be repaired and that surgery would likely not have a positive outcome. So upon referral from my previous orthopedic surgeon, who had earlier replaced both of my knees (Dr. Robert Hagen in Lafayette, Indiana), I consulted Dr. Reveal. Listens and very caring
We arrived early, and were seen promptly. He was very engaging and explained thoroughly the operation that would be necessary to repair my wife's broken wrist. After seeing him we also had the splint that was put on in the emergency room at Hancock Regional Hospital removed and a new splint applied. We left the OrthoIndy 9 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. Always like it when Dr.'s are respectful of my time vs. thinking their time is more valuable than mine. Dr. Reveal had an excellent ability and very warm interaction explaining the problem in my thumb. He listened well to my questions and reassured me concerning my procedure. His superior knowledge and years of experience are outstanding.
Efficient succinct effective assessment & initial treatment. Great positive energy in treatment area. Drs Reveal & Kevin and N.P. Jennifer were caring, compassionate, understandable with great "bedside" manner. I highly recommend. Couldn't have gone better!
