very bad no customer service at all! Never calls back for appointment, waited 1 week and had dropped x-rays of wife's broken ankle never even looked at them even after we called several times.

I am in surgery on Thursdays and Fridays. My staff reached out to me on Thursday to review your wife’s x-rays. I returned to the office on Thursday, after performing surgeries, specifically to review your wife’s x-rays. Very thorough and professional... Whole staff is caring and efficient... Just can't find too many good physicians in this town like Dr. Bascharon and her staff and other physicians who work alongside her... Wonderful office... I will definitely be referring my patients in our office to her facility... Thank you to her and her staff for giving me such quality care....
Dr.Bascharon is one of the most genuine and most compassionate Dr. I have ever encountered. I had knee surgery 2 years ago and still rehabilitating, Dr. Bascharon and her staff are with you at every step. That means so much to me!!!
Did a great job on my rotator cuff surgery. Has been very helpful in recovery too. Not everyone takes our insurance but she does. Very good 'bedside' manner too.
