I guess it is who you see for a doctor, so far I'm not impressed with the level of expertise. Thank God I can go to Hartford instead. I wanted a local doctor and now I want a professional.
My wife had a partial knee replacement in February. Entering November, she is in deep, debilitating pain. We have had no explanation and no plan for addressing the pain. It recently took more than a week and 2 calls before someone returned a call we placed to update the Dr. She has been in unbelievable pain, anti-inflammatory do nothing while we are told to wait and we'll see in another month. This is unacceptable.
Dr. Glenney did my arthroscopic shoulder surgery to fix 3 rotator cuff tears and did a shoulder impingement, what a fabulous Dr. Surgery was done, a week later I was in PT, 4 months later still have some discomfort and it gets better every day. Plus the PT department was great as well. Michael/Ryan was my PT's and they were both amazing, very personable and knowledgable. Thanks for everything!!
