Recommendedgreat doctors Dr.Anbari is very passionate about making sure his patients receive the best care . he takes the time to explain stuff to you even when you bug him 50 times about your surgery he still gives you 150% of his attention and time.. he truly cares about each patient. Dave his assistant is exactly the same kind hearted and takes the time to explain everything to you and answers all my questions when I go. I am blessed to have these two as my surgeons Monday the 18th.
The PA was dismissive and refused to convey concerns to the doctor. Rushed through the pre surgical meeting and sent my husbands blood pressure sky high. Fitting Staff says one thing, but has you sign a form after the fitting that contradicts what they say. Fitting you for a sling or brace means you bought it and prices are triple what you can buy it for anywhere else. Inform patients when you stop refilling meds, for whatever reason, you have their email, phone, address, but you can't let them know you are blowing them off for a copay when insurance PAID A HUGE amount to heat your SHOWROOM, which is too vast for people in mobility pain, DUH

RecommendedYesterday morning I stopped in Niantic and received an afternoon appointment with Dr. Jonathon Piposar to look at my knee that I strained several weeks ago. I logged in on line, showed up and was taken in at my time, met quickly with an assistant then three minutes of digital imagery and saw Dr. Piposar within a few minutes. I'm a 64 year old male who has been active throughout my life and the Doc said I had exceptional knees after bending them in directions they've never been bent. Reduce overbooking appts to keep wait times under 30 min. Wasted more than 2 hrs 'waiting' on two occasions. Most recently (11/26/18) after 1hr 20 min of 'waiting' past my appt time (during which ONE patient was called to see Paonessa) the receptionist had the audacity to tell me that not only were there still 4 patients ahead,but that this was not unusual. Blatant and callous disregard for the patient. Bring a book and a lunch. Al Babik
