My first experience was a great one! Brilliant idea to offer Urgent Care on a Saturday! Everyone in the office seemed to really love their job and everyone had a smile on their face. While I hope I won't need to go back, if I do, I know I will get the best care!
Three failed Knee surgeries, now going to UConn Medical to have fixed what they screwed up.
Everyone there is Awesome especially the Doctors !!!! Go there if you need Help !
I like most of the staff and the Doc's are good at what thay do. I can not give a great rating because one Dr. Keeps his patients waiting for hours. Today's visit 2 and a half hours for maybe 6 minutes with him. I would have rated a 1 star but the other docs are so good and for the most part on time. Sad that patient care has to suffer.

Very happy with every experience I've had with NOG! Will highly recommend.
