Robin in scheduling was outstanding. I called with an acute injury of my ankle and was told appts were being scheduled 6 wks out. I explained I could not wait that long. Robin obliviously heard something that made her offer to text the team to see if I could get in that day. She was able to get me squeezed in. Good thing, as it turns out I have a partial tear of my Achilles tendon. Waiting 6 wks would have been detrimental to my healing. THANK YOU Robin!
