Dr. Putney is rude with no bedside manners. I have a torn radial nerve and he's starts flopping my hand around like he's makikng some kind of balloon animal. Then we he leaves the room I go to shake his hand with my good hand and to my surprise Dr. Putney actually slapped the palm of the hand to which I have the injury in, and then said "see, that didn't hurt!". This man is rude. He will no longer be a doctor of mine!!
Dr. Wilson was great! Patient and answered all my questions.
First visit with Dr. Szerlip, the "shoulderoligist"! I'm encouraged to get relief!
I love Matt at Round Rock Rehabilitation but not as pleased with Dr. Borick. He was to check on injections for my knees and get back with me within 2 weeks. It's been almost a month and I have not heard from him. He was also very dismissive of my concerns and seemed to contradict what he told me two years earlier.
Dr. Rose is one of the finest physicians. He listens and helps you understand the treatment you need. Outstanding support staff who is very concerned for patients needs.
I'm very happy with the care I received but am not very happy with the billing department. Somehow a stray bill for $24 was keeping me from making another appointment to see my doctor. I provided credit card info and was told to call back in 5 min. and all would be cleared. I actually called back 30 min later only to hear that the billing office was now closed...and they hadn't processed my payment.
