Friendly staff. Dr. Should've been prepared for the visit. Could have saved us a 9 hr. round trip.

Dr. Beall did my carpal tunnel surgery and everyone that was in the operating room was great and nurses that checked me in made me so warm comfortable since it's summer and air conditioning was on and very cold in room. Learned from sister in law to freeze a small ziplock bag of rice to use on fingers not heavy but cold enough. Had last surgery of the day which was peaceful but many other workers that smiled to ease my mind walking in operating room. Drs Andres & Lairson and medical assistants, nurses, anesthesiologists, and staff are all wonderful - explaining things clearly so I understand, and showing compassion as they care for me. I'm a multi-body part frequent flyer and every experience has been positive, (despite the unfortunate crumbling of the post-procedure graham crackers.) I had my right rotator cuff repaired in 2016 and next week will have my left one repaired. Dr. Okereke and her assistant Joy, and the other two people in there were the best. After I got my injections in my back, and was still laying there all of a sudden I broke out in a sweat and felt nauseous. They helped me feel better with cold rags on my forehead and neck, gave me juice, and some graham crackers. After sitting 20 mins afterwards I felt so much better!! Thanks to all of them for being so kind to me. I really appreciate it!!! :)
