Dr. Williams has been very kind, patient and gave me confidence and comfort in his abilities. He performed my cubital tunnel surgery and I’m confident to gain some relief from years of discomfort. He was very respectful and took my concerns seriously and offered me compassion they will take care of me. Him and all of the nurses and anathesolgist were more than kind and friendly. Right now I’m EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED by Dr. Williams surgery scheduling department which requires me to leave a negative review until I am properly followed up with. I’ve been calling Dr. Williams surgery scheduler “Paula” since September 17th to schedule my surgery. I’ve called 5 times now and left messages in her mailbox. Now her voicemail message has changed to her being out of the office from Oct. 8th to Oct. 20th. And she never once returned my call to schedule prior to leaving. That is unacceptable. Thrilled that I found a new Doctor Who listened very carefully formulated a plan, removed a bone for my hand and within 48 hours I had feeling back in my ring, finger and pinky and within 96 hours I regained strength. Prior to surgery you could slide a piece of paper through my thumb and pinky because I had no strength. Thrilled to have found Dr. Williams.
