I have seen the PA once for my injured knee that has been popping since mid september last year. The mri shows torn meniscus Ive seen pt 1 time so far we shall see what the doctor will say today. Waiting room clean Receptionists are very nice. Wait time is based on time you get to office and you are checked in. Overall good visit
Low wait time and the Dr started treatment right in office which helped my hip pain immediatley.
Be prepared to be scolded by Dr. Kim for standing on broken ankle after waiting for 2.5 hours in a waiting room does not have enough chairs for all their patients. Bring your own crutches, because they do not have any to give you. (The Dr that does the Casts, however, is lovely) Have that x-ray disc in hand before you are seen and before you get your cast off. They will not remind you or tell you until after the fact.
Would give it 0 star if I could. Rude staff who has no care for the patient's wait time. Doctor does not move around with any sort of care or hesitancy for their work. Waited for over 2 hours to just have a 5 minute talk with the doctor. The office takes in as many patients as they can and let patients just rot away in their office. Worse experience than the DMV. AVOID AT ALL COST.
