Customer service here is horrible. My doctor referred me for a new ankle injury, I provided all the records the requested. The doctor did not review the records and had someone call and leave a voicemail that I should continue care with ORA. ORA has not treated me ankle and this is a new injury. I called back and the person couldn't explain to me why I can't be seen. She didn't offer double check with doctor because the message made no sense to go back to somewhere that hasnt treated me for a new injury. I am totally disappo... read more
RecommendedToday we went back to Orthopedic Specialists for a check up and repeat xrays. They are still able to see the fracture but it is almost all the way healed! The staff here is nothing short of amazing. They LOVED Scottie and entertained her every single time we’ve been there. The providers were wonderful and had kitten videos already playing on the big screen in our exam room. Talk about knowing your audience. We would recommend them to anyone! 🖤
This morning i was my first appointment with Dr. Dolphin. i fell down the stairs a few weeks ago and did some major damage to my spine. i had been looking forward to this appointment since i made it. When i called in she asked what kind of insurance i had, she told me they accepted my insurance but to call and make sure my insurance would approve this kind of specialist. Dr Mendell and his staff are top notch. Staff is informative and very friendly. I had my Achilles surgery and had minimal pain the entire healing process so far. Dr Mendell keeps close watch on the healing process and his staff ensure the personal touch for added comfort. Can’t say enough great things about Dr Mendell, Jason and all his staff!
