Can’t believe their disrespect for a person’s time - waited an hour from my scheduled appointment and was never called. People don’t take a day off work just to hang out and wait to be seen. Had to leave due to another appointment. Disappointing after having to wait two months to even get the appointment to begin with.

Dr. Ruxer and his staff are amazing! Dr Strenge and his staff are wonderful! I have alot of problems and won't go anywhere else.
I was told that my foot was broken and was put in a boot which was fine. The boot did help. I was told I needed surgery asap! So I go back a few days later to hear again that my only option was to have surgery! That it would not heal without the surgery! All I am going to say is This is not true!
I was a first time patient. I arrived 30 min before my appointment so I could be checked in and ready to go. I waited for 2 hours before my name was called then waited another 20 min before the doctor came in. Dr Ruxer did not examine me but said I needed a procedure where needles are stuck in my back and left. The nurse came in and I explained that I could not do it but would be willing to see about an alternative therapy. She was rude and it seemed I was putting her out to consult with the doctor.
