I have had an absolute Terrible experience with this facility. I am the employer and 2 of my employees went here. The doctors will provide bogus work excuses and tons of pain meds. The director did not even have the courtesy to return my phone call after I discussed with him the issues I am having with his employees.
i have only had 1 visit so far, yet in that 1 visit, i was treated with the up most respect
The doctors are judgmental and I wonder if mine even knows why he's giving me shots!!!
That place is horrible. I have back issues 2 herniated disc and have for 25 years I have seen many doctors and none have treated me like I was just a payday until I walked into the orthopedic institute in paducah. I was having serious back pain so I went there. I was told I needed an X ray. OK that makes sense, then I was told I needed an MRI again makes sense but I assumed I would see a doctor after the MRI. Excellent surgeons - Dr. Kern & Dr. Patel. However someone has to learn how to schedule appointments in this type of environment. We were here four hours last time and now we have already been waiting an hour. Totally unacceptable! I wonder what they would do if I sent them a bill!!!! If they make people this long they should get WiFi! !!
