The office staff is rude and Dr. Salomon is never on time. I have seen him for over a year, he doesn't listen and has no idea how to handle chronic pelvic floor dysfunction or endometriosis.
I can't believe they refused to see me for my 430 appointment when I arrived at 420 (she asked me to arrive at 415) I asked for the link to complete all my paperwork.. Which was completed. I sign in... The girls behind the desk are busy chatting and then tell me 15 minutes later that that have to cancel my appointment. Maybe this is a blessing not to go here but is a total waste of my time.
Dr. Joel Salamon is a great pain management specialist. Unfortunately some of the office staff don't provide the patient support I feel is necessary for a busy medical practice. Phone calls are not returned promptly. You can never speak to someone, you always get voicemail. At times the doctors aides are short or curt with patients. I don't blame the doctors, that is on the shoulders of the office manager.
Absolutely the best group of Orthopedic Doctors and their staff are truley remarkable. I have been a patient since 2012,and I see this group on a monthly basis. Recently had anterior cervical disectomy,replacement,fusion with hardware by Dr. Christopher Brown, love him. Adore my pain management Doctor Salamon...he is by far the guy who gave me my life back, Dr. Baylis, is one of the sweetest and kindest Doctors I have had the pleasure of having on my team! They ALL ROCK!!! I truly can't say enough great things about them!!!☺
