Laura in physical therapy is great. Just started PT yesterday and I already have homework!
Dr Baylis is very informative and explained my situation to my, so that I would understand. Physical therapy was recommended. Laura, the physical therapist was wonderful, hands-on, compassionate and made sure I completed ✅ my therapy correctly. My experience was 👍 great. I hope I don't need to go back, however, if I do, I wouldn't hesitate. Thank you Laua, I was pessimistic about the therapy, and you made the difference.
Customer Service is woeful. Make sure you arrive 30 minutes BEFORE your appointment, or Dr. Christopher Brown won't see you - never mind that the waiting room was empty, I was on time and was not forewarned of this asinine policy. Avoid unnecessary stress and go elsewhere.
Dr. Baylis is amazing. His caring and concern when I came in with pain in both knees was so refreshing. My Primary doctor couldn't have cared less about my repeated requests for a referral to see an Orthopedic. Dr. Baylis took over and ordered the right tests and now I'm getting the treatment I need to receive. Thank you Orthopedic Associates! Just dont like waiting for an hour or more for my appointment when I arrive early, and I'm scheduled at 9 a.m.!! That can only mean that they overbooked patients or someone is late lat... read more
treated wonderfully and everyone was professional and nice. now, engaging this practice to try and fix my hands and shoulder.
Dr. Robert Baylis is the best orthopedic doctor I've experienced..The wait time is quick and all the staff there are very nice and professional.
