Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!! Difficult to put your faith in a doctor who's staff is unprofessional, inattentive, and inconsiderate.
Pack your breakfast, lunch and dinner along with a sleeping bag. With an appointment you still wait 2 plus hours to see the doctor for 3 minutes. Had to call three times to get an MRI scheduled. They were suppose to call in a RX and never did. Wasted six months dealing with these people.
First Time and Last One. First, I sent 3 requests online to make an appointment and nome answered. I called the 3er day and made an appointment for May 22 at 2:00Pm and they asked me to arrive at 1:30 Pm. I arrived at 1:45 pm with my paperwork filled. After a while, the receptionist told me that my appointment was for 9:30 Am and I told her that was wrong. Being the parent of a child with special needs, I am always concerned about any new doctors office I take him to. He becomes easily anxious & has difficulty regulating his emotions at times. We visited OAUSA, basically, as an emergency visit & I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Every person who had contact with my son provided him with great care, patience, empathy & kindness.
