This review is not about the doctor more so the staff. My appointment was at 130 got there 120 left after 310 . I was forced literally to take a X-ray when already hadone and has seen 2 other podiatrist. I brought all my notes and 2 MRI . Anyways there is an older rude lady in the room who I tell I have another appointment and ask how long will the Dr take? I took my grandmother in to see DR Ialenti, really liked the Doctor and first visit. She needs Hyaloronic Acid injections on her knees but for some reason this office is refusing to send the authorization while I have my grandmother in pain. Ive called every single day for the last 10 days including calling them with United Healthcare on the phone. ALL this time wasted because ODONIS cannot send the authorization. Dr wong is one of the best ankle specialists in florida and because of his expertise I can walk normal . My lower leg and ankle was broken in pieces and he put it back together, I don't have insurance and he didn't hesitate to see me and do a very serious surgery. He pretty much saved my leg. I strongly recommend Dr wong to anyone who needs a ankle specialist!
