Definitely not happy with the office staff we've dealt with, at appointments as well as on the phone. We've been treated poorly and even yelled at. Which really gave us little hope prior to the surgery. However, Dr. Comisar did an amazing job on my husband's surgery. The staff that cared for him & anesthesiologist were absolutely amazing! This is the third time I've been here for an appointment and they are always at least a half hour behind your scheduled time. I don't like feeling as if my time is less important than others.
Dr. Sybert did my back surgery in 2014 I had previously seen him in 2012 for a lower back with degenerative disc disease and bulging disc and he referred me for therapy not surgery but when I herniated my disk in 2014 he got me fixed up right away the hospital was the best the nurses everyone all my appointments have gone smooth and easy and they explain everything make you feel really comfortable with all the decisions you need to make
I have been coming here for just over a year after my neuro gave up on me. Dr. Taylor has had his work cut out for him, but he doesn't quit and for the first time in more than 20 years I don't have a fear that my next appointment I am going to hear there is nothing more I can do. Right now he is doing nerve blocks that are actually lasting.
I have used orthoneuro for my children in the past and now I am a patient. Very professional and customer oriented. Dr Lane and Dr Cheney are great!
