I seen Dr Nowinski for a shoulder issue... The Dr was friendly and knowledgable.. The visit with him went well.. However, when I met the Dr's surgery scheduler "Trish Romo", things went down hill quicky... Trish was very rude during our initial contact, but I was scheduled for surgery and moved on.... However few days later, I called in with a few simple questions about my upcoming surgery and Trish was SUPER RUDE on the phone... She literally said "I dont have time for you"... I called OrthoNuero to schedule an appointment with Dr. Taylor. While on the phone with the scheduler, I asked very specifically if Dr. Taylor performed ablation therapy for my PHN. The scheduler assured me he did, so I scheduled my appointment and waited the two months to see him. Five minutes into my visit with Dr. Taylor, he informs me that he does NOT perform ablations, and that he would have to obtain a referral for me to see one of his associates.
