Dr Ralph Napalitano and his team at the New Albany location are fantastic! Very friendly and efficient, place was very busy with patients and still made plenty of time for me and my foot injury. Highly recommend!!!

Before OrthoNeuro would allow me to schedule my hand surgery, they pre-called my insurance company and got a snapshot of that day’s status of my claims that had posted to my insurance year to date. They decided at that point that I needed to make a partial payment BEFORE they will SCHEDULE my hand surgery that I had just consulted with the doctor less than five minutes earlier.
