They were responsive to our needs and made the buying/trade in process as quick as possible.
great place and great cars
There service dept. was was unbelievable. took my car to 3 different Ford dealers in the twin cities and they could not find the water leak I had on drivers side. New Brighton Ford had it 5 days. no luck. West End Lincoln found it and fixed it in less than six hours. they kept me informed and showed me pictures of the leak. unbelivable!
We had a great purchasing experience at West End Lincoln! Matthew S. and Rob C. were professional, friendly, and very helpful. We had driven almost 2 hours to purchase a specific car and felt it was MORE than worth traveling for the vehicle we bought and the amazing service!! 😎

Such amazing service. I inquired about a vehicle this morning and scheduled an appointment for my husband to go see the car. Shortly after the test drive my husband said they were going to drive the car to me (25 min away) so I could see it and test drive it myself. (Note: we were preapproved and motivated buyers.) Words cannot describe how excited I am about my new MKZ, and I absolutely loved working with the people at West End Lincoln. I experienced top notch service from the moment I walked in to when I was driving home the most awesome car I've ever owned. Dave and Rob did a fantastic job making sure I 'bought happy' and we will definitely be back for our next vehicle when it comes time. I absolutely recommend this place!
