Great customer service and vehicles
I just had my first car detail and the oil changed. They did an exceptional job and were very communicative regarding the process. They sent me a video of them I inspecting my car and stating their plan of action. They stayed in communication with me as to when I could expect my car to be delivered. The GM of the Store followed up with us as well. Great experience! We had such a great experience and love our Navigator that we bought another Lincoln for my mom.
They are always very courteous and are on time. The waiting area is superb. My truck always comes out of the shop with a fresh wash. The windshield was even washed on the inside. Thanks again for your attention to detail and another job well done. Tom Kleven
