Tyson and his team stayed in contact with me while my car was in their care. Checking in with me from time to time.
Unfortunately I had a new navigator that was eventually deemed a lemon the guys at West End Lincoln from the sales department to the service department especially Will and Brian in service went above and beyond to make a very stressful situation with numerous times in and out of the shop extremely bearable. I would highly recommend using West End Lincoln moving forward.

Very accommodating and friendly
Amazing experience. Everyone was so friendly. Customer service was excellent. Will definitely buy from them again. Ryan in Financing was awesome. Went above and beyond to get us great financing. Huge shout to Sam, Ryan and the whole team!!!
I was very impressed by the service and friendliness of the staff. The waiting room is nice and clean. I will definitely be going back to west end Lincoln for my future service needs.
