My husband had a liver transplant here, and we couldn’t have asked for better care for him as the patient, or me as the spouse! EVERYONE was so nice and helpful. Everyone. ���
No complications with my surgery. The after care is very great so far. I'm very pleased with all of the people taking care of me. They have definitely gone the extra mile to make sure I am not in pain and that I'm as comfortable as possible given the circumstances. Very happy with my doctors.
I use to love this hospital, but as of tonight I will no longer return here. The Dr was rude and so were the 2 nurses. I went in because ive been in pain for the past week and tonight was more intense. I didnt ask for pain meds and would have rejected them if asked. Thats not what I went for! This Dr spoke to me as if I were a junky lookin for a fix! Told me hes just going to run some blood work and check my urine and dont know what to tell me about my pain! Porter Adventist Hospital has the most caring staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Every person that I have come in contact with or has had a role in my care since being diagnosed with laryngeal cancer, has simply been awesome. You all have shown me so much kindness. I can NEVER repay what you all have given me. Every one I have come in contact with, is simply awesome. You all are my heroes. God bless you all.
