Broke my finger in a fall while walking and was able to get an appointment at OrthoCarolina that same morning . Everyone was super nice and empathetic. I saw PA Ryan Bowser who was thorough, calm, caring, and explained everything answering questions patiently. Mack who did the wrapping on a splint was also super pleasant and friendly . The doctor also came and further confirmed the plan.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Smith for over 13 years, and I can confidently say he is one of the best in the field.
