I was provided assistance by Nekeidria today. It appeared that the system failed to process my July payment which I was totally unaware of. Nekeidria worked with me to assure that the payment would be processed and set up a future payment arrangement. She was also very understanding. It was a pleasure dealing with her. She provided fantastic customer service!
orthobanc sucks. they dont draft payments when their supposed to and then return the money to my card and yet they still say I haven't paid in 2 months. their service is very aggravating. I would rather just deal directly with payments straight to the orthodontist office
Thieves! Double charged me, and when I politely asked for the payment refunded they refused. AFTER THEIR MISTAKE. Once I escalated the issue at my bank, they deleted my account. They are thieves
