What stood out the most was waiting one hour.
Dr Martin is compassionate.
I was in time, Dr. Martin and his assistant walked in shook my hand Firmly, he listened to me very well then he examined me thoroughly. I was very impressed with him, may the good Lord bless him.
Very organized. Very smooth

Dr Martin was an excellent communicator and listener. I felt very confident in his analysis of my problem and his recommendations for resolution.
We talked about one thing in the office and he did the opposite
Showed up at 915a for a 930a appointment. Was not called back for x-rays until after 1040a, which were not needed because I already did an ultrasound 2 weeks ago. Then Dr. Shelden Martin proceeded to tell me that Baker's cysts are not painful. Even though this problem has been going on for a year, and has been getting worse and more painful.
