Dr. Kooima is a very nice doctor and the whole staff are so friendly. This was a pleasant doctor appointment. I was seen on time, had X-rays and out in an hour.
Didn’t have to wait, great bedside manner and answered all my questions.
Not my first visit to Dr Kooima. She is the best! She also has great staff, in particular Kkay, the gate keeper. I felt much better about my diagnosis, and possible treatments.
She has a great straightforward approach
Dr & assistant are very nice. Dr takes time to listen to what you have to say. Highly recommend.
Everything was very professional and the staff very polite.
This was just my initial visit but I was impressed with Dr. Kooima and her PA Clayton. My objectives for the visit were definitely met and I know I will be going back for the foreseeable future to take care of my knees.
My wife recommended Dr Kooima after 2 successful shoulder surgeries. I was impressed with her friendliness and ability to explain at my level of understanding. Gave me a reason for my problem that made sense, and never came up with other doctors. I agree with my wife and would recommend Dr. Kooima very highly.
Listened to my concerns and fears, was very caring and explained everything in terms I could understand. Very easy to talk to.
