Dr. Sears is absolutely atrocious. Both times I have been here for completely separate issues that have been confirmed by a multitude of doctors other than him he has denied it. He denies my pain and all of my experiences and says they have never happened when I have been in constant, horrific pain for years. I have been in contact with many more people who have had the same experience with him. He took over an hour to see me and only spent 7 minutes actually addressing my pain. Excellent care from both physicians we've seen for my son and me. Office staff is friendly and helpful. The wait in the waiting room can be a little long sometimes but nothing out of the ordinary. I would recommend KOC, Dr. Sears, and Dr. Calhoun to everyone.
Dropped off a DoorDash order for Ashlyn T and did not receive a single dollar for a tip, making my total $1.50 for going 9 miles . If you’re gonna DoorDash please tip your driver
can’t even begin to explain how unorganized and chaotic is dealing with these unprofessional children. new people need to be hired and new people need to be trained on what they’re supposed to be doing had to call the doctor who is on VACATION to get anything done ….. pathetic actually….. in the future maybe learn to communicate a little better if i had too recommend if you should get your hip replaced by anyone i’d say suffer with the pain because that’s exactly what you’re going to get with this zoo :)
I had a wrist pain problem and wanted to see my hand doctor at KOC, Dr. Kristen Ploetze. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and was able to check in and be seen for X-rays etc without any delays or problems. Dr. Ploetze discussed treatment options and we arrived at a treatment plan. I was treated for the pain with a nearly pain free shot, fitted with a brace and out the door in about one and half hours. I was extremely pleased, as I am frequently at KOC, with my care! Thank you Dr. Ploetze and KOC!
