I wish someone would take my blood pressure when I first step into any KOC office versus when I leave after my appointment. I promise it is 20 point higher! Here I am sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes and counting. I have a 7:50am appointment…how can they get so behind this early? It is like this at every office and with all three of the Doctors I use there (Andrew Harris, Scott Benson, and Botero). This place gives zero $hits about your time, plan and simple.
Dr. Sears is absolutely atrocious. Both times I have been here for completely separate issues that have been confirmed by a multitude of doctors other than him he has denied it. He denies my pain and all of my experiences and says they have never happened when I have been in constant, horrific pain for years. I have been in contact with many more people who have had the same experience with him. He took over an hour to see me and only spent 7 minutes actually addressing my pain. Excellent care from both physicians we've seen for my son and me. Office staff is friendly and helpful. The wait in the waiting room can be a little long sometimes but nothing out of the ordinary. I would recommend KOC, Dr. Sears, and Dr. Calhoun to everyone.
Dropped off a DoorDash order for Ashlyn T and did not receive a single dollar for a tip, making my total $1.50 for going 9 miles . If you’re gonna DoorDash please tip your driver
can’t even begin to explain how unorganized and chaotic is dealing with these unprofessional children. new people need to be hired and new people need to be trained on what they’re supposed to be doing had to call the doctor who is on VACATION to get anything done ….. pathetic actually….. in the future maybe learn to communicate a little better if i had too recommend if you should get your hip replaced by anyone i’d say suffer with the pain because that’s exactly what you’re going to get with this zoo :)
