Both physicians(Dr. Shenton and Dr. Pierson) that I've seen are wonderful.
I will never go back again Dr Klepps and his PA are rude and ignorant I left crying a waste of time and money to travel 2 hours to be treated so poorly.
Dr Owen and all the staff at Ortho Montana are excellent, my experience with them has been outstanding would recommend them to anyone. Dr Owen took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and the staff did a very professional job in scheduling all my appointments for this office visit as well as new ones that are scheduled in the near future.
Dr. Heather n all the nurses, xray techs and receptionists are wonderful. My son was scared to death of doctors n these ladies made him feel at ease and comfortable. A wonderful office with people who truly care about their patients.
Had an appointment in January. Didn't hear from the doctor for two weeks when he said he would call me on the Monday following my Friday appointment. Then when I did hear from him (after calling the office every day for a week) he said he was going to refer me to a pain specialist because he thought I must have fibromyalgia. It is now middle of March and I have never heard from them even though I tried calling them only to be told the doctor was busy each time. I had bunions that were painful on occasion. I didn't know what pain was til after the surgery. Now my foot hurts all the time. When your feet hurt walking is a miserable experience. Pain at night. The thing is....like with lawyers there is no accountability. Sure he prescribed narcotics which I never filled. What a bad decision I made ever having my foot operated on. Try to contact the Dr. between appointments...well good luck with that. I am going to CO and the dr there doesn't know how to fix the mess they made of my foot... read more
