I was an experiment, it ruined my life. A femural osteotomy left me disabled. The surgeon refused to listen to my concerns, I knew something was wrong, but he kept telling me no and that I was wrong, to the point where I had to request another person to be in the room so I had a witness. I am still going thru surgeries to help me get my life back. I wish I was better informed, and that the surgeon took the time I needed to discuss my options, and I wish I was given options. I've suffered since may 2013.
Apparently when you are referred in for a surgical procedure minor in a ploy to make themselves more money they schedule you for a consult and then reschedule you for a surgery that you also have to pay for I didn't schedule a consult because I knew what the problem was the doctor that referred me didn't feel comfortable doing the procedure and referred me for them to do didn't get it done not to mention 8 am appointment means 8:30 to them. Even though I was there 15 minutes early liked they asked.
Each visit is met with a smile, professionalism, and a caring attitude. Healthcare is superb.
Dr Costanzo is Amazing!! Just loved how he personally called to check on me after both surgeries. I was surprised he did it and not his nurse! All the staff is great!
Once again recovering from surgery. Dr Scheer and team are awesome. My second hip replacement and all is well, 4 days out and almost pain free.
When I hurt my back in sept, I got into a slump and felt like I would have to accept that I was a guy with a hurt back the rest of my life, put on a ton of weight and had all but given up. On a whim I asked the doc for some physical therapy, that's where I met Gwenna Peters, the lady sparked the fire in me to get out of this slump and take my health back. Since February 8th I am down 18 pounds. Although my back still bothers me now and again, I have the tools to beat it now. Gwenna you are awesome.
