Dr Drake is absolutely the best.
Good Doctors that do a rough job. Basically cutting peoples legs and knees off and carpentering them back into functioning units can't be pleasant but together we make it work.
Ortho Montana doctors and physician assistants went above and beyond for me. They were never less than genuine and purely professional. So thankful for the services they provided!
Excellent treatment great people
I have used 2 different doctors at Ortho MT starting in 2016. I've had no problems at all with check-in, RN's, LVN's, x-ray, DOCTORS, check-out, even scheduling surgery & phone calls to make sure everything was ok with me. Even phone calls have been returned after hours in the evening. They have been nothing but professional, friendly & caring about my needs. I would recommend the 2 doctors I used to everyone & if the others are all like them, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. I have been so happy with my care here.
The doctors are great and have a wonderful bedside attitude. The front desk ladies on the other hand need some training on customer service. Went to the downtown location and the gals all seem to have bad morning attitudes. No smiles, did get acknowledged but they would continue to work on there computers while we waited. Very friendly and give their full attention to your needs have nothing but good to say about them.
I drove from Helena to Billings for treatment. 2 knee replacements and both hips. Dr Sukin and his staff are the best.
