Customer service is incredible, absolutely INCREDIBLE. The locations themselves are stunning and elegant. The variety of jewelry and watches is mind boggling. And, their prices are competitive to a degree that it actually kind of shocked me. I've already made up my mind that my once a year luxury watch purchase will from now on, always be made at Orr's.
