I have had the worst experience with this dealership! I will never recommend this dealership to anyone!!!!! Our so called great used Van that has been thoroughly check out completely has given us nothing but problems since we bought it!!! Great people work with you and it doesn't matter how long it takes they are very patient on you making your decision stayed with us until 10:30 p.m
If you're in the mood for a game and the run around...this place will hook you up! This was the 2nd and last time we got sucked into complete BS. The general manager is a complete idiot. He really made his salesman look like a liar in front of us. My husband and I felt so sorry for the salesman as he apologized walking us out, we knew it was not his fault. I do not recommend Orr Kia to anyone...complete waste of time!!!
Was told I was approved for a car..got to the dealership and started paperwork..went and paid $400 for a down payment on insurance for a 2015 Kia only to be told when I got back that I wasn't approved?! I am now out $400 I can't get back! Gee thanks!
Came in Friday to look at another optima I recently had a 2011 model and wante to get back in another So will the help of my salesman Marshall I left with a 2015 Optima!! Looking for a deal and to get ur notes right thy will work a deal with you
